كل ما تُدخله في نماذج التقارير وصورُها يبقى في مخزن المتصفح على جهازك: التقارير، والصور، والمواقع المحفوظة، والحالات، وتوقيعك، وشعارك، وإعداداتك.

وصورة موافقة الإجازة التي تقرؤها في الرزنامة تُحفظ داخل رزنامتك على جهازك وحده ولا تُحفظ على خوادمنا.

ميزة «النسخة السحابية» القديمة أُلغيت نهائيًّا، ونسختك الاحتياطية ملفٌّ تحفظه أنت أين شئت. أمّا «الحساب الأونلاين» فميزةٌ مستقلّةٌ اختيارية، تفصيلُها في القسم التالي.

Everything you enter in the report forms, and its images, stays in your device's browser storage: reports, photos, saved sites, statuses, your signature, your logo, and your settings.

The leave-approval image you read in the calendar is stored inside your calendar on your device alone and is never stored on our servers.

The old cloud-copy feature has been removed permanently, and your backup is a file you keep wherever you choose. The online account is a separate, optional feature, described in the next section.

«الحساب الأونلاين» يحفظ نسخةً من بياناتك على خادم iReport لتفتحها من أي جهاز. لا يعمل إلا إن فعّلتَه بنفسك برمز دعوةٍ يمنحه مشغّل النظام، وتوافق صراحةً عند التفعيل. ومن لا يفعّله لا يتغيّر عليه شيءٌ مما في هذه السياسة.

ما الذي يُرفع: بياناتُ الملف الشخصي المربوط بالحساب وحده — تقاريرُه وصورُها، وصورُك الميدانية، ورزنامتُك، ومواقعُك المحفوظة بإحداثياتها، وإعداداتُك، وبياناتُ ملفك (ومنها التوقيع والشعار، والرقم المدني إن أدخلتَه). وملفّاتُ زملائك على الجهاز نفسه لا تُرفع.

كيف تُحمى: تُشفَّر على جهازك قبل أن تغادره، بمفتاحٍ لا يُفكّ إلا بكلمة سرّك (AES-GCM 256). كلمةُ السر نفسها لا تُرسل إلينا؛ يُرسل مفتاحُ دخولٍ مشتقٌّ منها ويُحفظ ببصمة. وكلُّ ملفٍّ مشفّرٍ مربوطٌ باسم صاحبه ورقم نسخته، فلا يُبدَّل ولا يُعاد إلى نسخةٍ أقدم دون أن يكتشف جهازُك ذلك ويتوقّف.

ما يراه الخادم: اسمَ الدخول، والاسمَ الظاهر، والتخصص، ووصفَ كل جهازٍ دخلتَ منه (مثل «ماك – سفاري»)، وأوقاتَ الرفع وآخرَ ظهور، وأحجامَ الملفات المشفّرة. ولا يرى نصَّ تقريرٍ ولا صورة.

أين تُحفظ: على خادم استضافة الموقع (Bluehost)، خارج الكويت، في مجلدٍ غير متاحٍ من الإنترنت.

المدة والحذف: تبقى النسخة ما بقي الحساب. تسجيلُ الخروج يوقف المزامنة على ذلك الجهاز ولا يمسّ بياناتك عليه. وسحبُ التصريح يُسقط جلساتك كلَّها فورًا وتبقى النسخةُ المشفّرة لإعادة التصريح. ولك أن تطلب حذف الحساب ونسخته نهائيًّا عبر بريد التواصل، فتُحذف من الخادم كاملةً.

عناوين الإنترنت: تُحفظ مؤقتًا في عدّادٍ يحدّ محاولات الدخول الخاطئة، وتُمحى خلال يوم، ولا تُربط بمحتوى.

The online account keeps a copy of your data on the iReport server so you can open it from any device. It works only if you activate it yourself with an invitation code granted by the system operator, and agree explicitly when activating. If you do not activate it, nothing in this policy changes for you.

What is uploaded: the data of the one profile linked to the account — its reports and their photos, your field photos, your calendar, your saved sites with their coordinates, your settings, and your profile details (including your signature and logo, and your civil ID if you entered it). Colleagues' profiles on the same device are never uploaded.

How it is protected: it is encrypted on your device before it leaves, with a key that only your password unlocks (AES-GCM 256). Your password itself is never sent to us; a sign-in key derived from it is sent and stored as a hash. Every encrypted file is bound to its owner's name and version number, so it cannot be swapped or rolled back to an older version without your device noticing and stopping.

What the server sees: your username, display name, specialty, a description of each device you signed in from (such as "Mac – Safari"), upload times and last-seen times, and the sizes of the encrypted files. It sees no report text and no photo.

Where it is stored: on the website's hosting server (Bluehost), outside Kuwait, in a folder that is not reachable from the internet.

Retention and deletion: the copy is kept for as long as the account exists. Signing out stops syncing on that device and leaves your data on it untouched. Revoking access ends all your sessions at once, and the encrypted copy is kept so access can be restored. You may ask for the account and its copy to be deleted permanently through the contact address, and it is removed from the server entirely.

Internet addresses: kept temporarily in a counter that limits wrong sign-in attempts, erased within a day, and never linked to any content.

عند فتح النظام يُسجَّل: وقت الدخول، والاسم الموجود في ملفك الشخصي (إن وُجد)، ونوع جهازك ونظامه، ومعرّف عشوائي للجهاز، ورقم إصدار البرنامج.

ومرةً في اليوم تصل أرقامٌ لا محتوى: عدد تقاريرك والمساحة التي تشغلها لنعرف من اقترب من سقف المتصفح قبل أن يمتلئ، وأعدادُ أعمالك موزَّعةً على نوع العمل والمحافظة وشهور السنة، وعددُ زياراتك إن كان تخصصك «الخدمات الفندقية». ولا يُرسل نصُّ تقريرٍ ولا صورةٌ منه.

When you open the system we record: the time, the name in your profile (if any), your device and its operating system, a random device identifier, and the app version.

Once a day, numbers and no content follow: your report count and the space it occupies, so we know who is nearing the browser's ceiling before it fills; your works counts split by work type, governorate and the months of the year; and your visit count if your specialty is Hotel Services. No report text and no image is sent.

حين تطلب تحليل صور الأعطال، أو قراءة صورة موافقة الإجازة في الرزنامة، أو تحسين الصياغة، أو التلخيص، أو تسأل المساعد الفوري، يُرسل ما طلبتَ معالجته وحده إلى مزوّد الخدمة: نصُّ الحقل أو الصور التي اخترتها، ومعها نوع التقرير وتخصصك. وصورة الموافقة تُرسل عند ضغطتك فقط ولا تُحفظ على خادمنا.

المزوّد واحدٌ لا غيره: Anthropic (Claude) — للنصوص وتحليل الصور والمساعد الفوري معًا.

وسؤالك للمساعد الفوري يُحفظ في سجلٍّ عند مشغّل النظام مجهولًا بلا اسمك، لمعرفة ما يحيّر المستخدمين فعلًا وتطوير الدليل والأسئلة الجاهزة عليه. ولو أردتَ أن يُعرف من أنت فلك الواتساب والبريد في صفحة المساعدة — وهما بضغطتك وحدك.

When you request fault-image analysis, reading of a leave-approval image in the calendar, text polishing, summarising, or ask the instant assistant, only what you asked to be processed is sent to the provider: the field text or the photos you chose, with the report type and your specialty. The approval image is sent only on your tap and is never stored on our server.

There is one provider and no other: Anthropic (Claude) — for text, image analysis and the instant assistant alike.

Your question to the instant assistant is kept in a log held by the system operator anonymously, without your name, to learn what actually puzzles users and to develop the guide and the ready questions from it. If you want to be identified, WhatsApp and email are on the help page — and both are your own tap.

إذا تكرّر عطلٌ بعينه في موقعٍ زرته أكثر من مرة، تصل مشغّلَ النظام خلاصةٌ يومية تلقائية: اسم الموقع، وموضوع العطل، وعدد التكرار، مقرونةً باسمك المسجَّل.

الغرض معالجة السبب الجذري للعطل المتكرر، لا مراقبة أدائك.

If a particular fault recurs at a site you visited more than once, the system operator receives an automatic daily summary: the site name, the fault subject, and the repetition count, alongside your registered name.

The purpose is to address the root cause of a recurring fault, not to monitor your performance.

موقعك يُقرأ على جهازك وحده وعند إذنك، لتحديد المحافظة أو وسم الصور أو تسجيل الوصول إلى موقعٍ محفوظ أو حفظ إحداثيات مواقعك.

Your location is read on your device alone and with your permission, to determine the governorate, tag photos, check in at a saved site, or save your sites' coordinates.

تُستعمل عند طلبك للميزة:

• Anthropic (Claude) — معالجة النصوص وتحليل صور الأعطال وقراءة صور موافقات الإجازة والمساعد الفوري.
• WhatsApp Business — عند تواصلك مع بوت الدعم.
• خدمة الطقس — لعرض حرارة الكويت، بلا إرسال موقعك.
• متاجر التطبيقات — عند التحميل والتحديث.

Used only when you request the feature:

• Anthropic (Claude) — text processing, fault-image analysis, reading leave-approval images, and the instant assistant.
• WhatsApp Business — when you contact the support bot.
• A weather service — to show the Kuwait temperature, without sending your location.
• App stores — when downloading and updating.

الاتصال بخوادمنا مشفَّر (HTTPS)، والوصول إلى ما يصلها مقصورٌ على مشغّل النظام.

وحين ترسل تقريرًا لزميل، أنت من يختار المستلم والوسيلة — والملف يمرّ بالوسيلة التي اخترتها (واتساب أو بريد أو غيرهما) وتسري عليه سياستها.

ولك أن تقفل البرنامج برمزٍ خاصٍّ بملفك، فلا تُفتح بياناتك على الجهاز نفسه بلا رمزك.

The connection to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to what reaches them is limited to the system operator.

When you send a report to a colleague, you choose the recipient and the channel — the file travels through the channel you chose (WhatsApp, email or another), and that channel's own policy applies to it.

You may also lock the app with a code tied to your profile, so your data cannot be opened on the same device without it.

لك أن تطلب معرفة ما وصلنا عنك أو حذفه، عبر بريد التواصل أدناه — ومنه حذفُ «الحساب الأونلاين» ونسختِه المشفّرة نهائيًّا.

وحذف ملفك الشخصي من الجهاز يحذف تقاريره وصوره معه — ويسألك قبل التنفيذ بالأرقام: كم تقريرًا وكم صورة. ولا تُمسّ بيانات زميلٍ على الجهاز نفسه.

سجلاتُ الخادم تُحفظ للمدة اللازمة للتشغيل والدعم وحدها، ثم تُزال أو تُختصر.

You may ask to know what has reached us about you, or ask for it to be deleted, through the contact address below — including permanent deletion of your online account and its encrypted copy.

Deleting your profile from the device deletes its reports and photos with it — and asks you first with the numbers: how many reports and how many photos. A colleague's data on the same device is never touched.

Server logs are kept only for as long as operation and support require, then removed or reduced.

النظام أداةُ عملٍ مهنية، ليس موجَّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع بياناتٍ عنهم قصدًا.

وقد تُعدَّل هذه السياسة كلما تغيّرت الميزات؛ ويُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة مع كل تعديل.

The system is a professional work tool, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

This policy may change whenever the features change; the "Last updated" date at the top of the page is updated with every change.
